Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Class Organization and Execution:
- Find Educators for arts classes and help oversee the design of curriculum
- Work with General Manager to schedule building for classes
- Work with Executive Director to make sure supplies are purchased and stocked
- Work with educators and marketing team to advertise and fill classes
- Budget Management:
- Manage and track every aspect of the Visual Arts Budget each year
- Manage digital class registrations and tracking of payments from students
- Track invoices of instructors and make sure each instructor is paid properly
- Inventory Management:
- Manage the art supplies inventory at the Timp Arts Center ensuring everything is properly stocked and accounted for.
- Grant and HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Grant guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate and schedule consistent meetings with Executive Director and members of the board
- Work together with other leaders to build a self sustaining program that benefits the entire organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in project management preferred, as well as a background in visual arts.
- Technical Proficiency: Able to set up online registrations using google suite as well as our registration software Webconnex.
- Problem Solving: Ability to build solutions with a growth mindset, willingness to pivot.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility: Schedule is flexible, but must be able to occasionally check in on any/all of the classes offered throughout the week.
